Lawyer for Two different settlement deeds, Tamil nadu

*Two different plots in adjacent villages in Sriperumbudur area.

*Sale deed was registered at two different registration offices.

*Want to execute a Settlement Deed for both plots to the same family member.

Question 1:

Can the same lawyer prepare settlement deeds for the two plots?

There is no restriction for lawyers to prepare two settleent deeds at once instance. The question itself is obsurd.
