Lawyers behaviours in pune

In pune family court the practise of lawyers are not correct. I have seeen in court they sleep in front of judge and judges ae not maintaing this. also is the way lawyers should practise and behave in court. is there any guidlines for such behaviours to take actions?

can a normal person can also complaint about such behaviour and whom should we complain if judge itself has seen and ignorning it?
