laywers misconduct

I am a senior citizen, aged 79.  Please help me.

My property was sold without my knowledge just based on form 1&14(revenue doc. goa). Required other 6 doc were not furnished however sale deed was executed. I filed a civil case, the vendors did not turn up, however the purchaser along with his lawyer turns up and files vakalatnama on behalf of vendors and acted without the vendors knowledge.

This was brought to the notice of the judge and application for ex parte was filed.

Now the purchasers lawyer says that it was the purchasers bonafide mistake as he was wrongly told  by the purchaser that he should represent the vendors as well, and since the purchaser is a lay man the bonafide mistake should be condoned.

I believe that the purchaser’s lawyer has mislead the court and delayed in my justice as he has been carrying on this deceit for over 4 months now and over 4 hearings. What should I do? Should I make a police complaint against the lawyer or to the Bar?

Thanks

KINDLY NOTE THAT

1YOU ARE SENIOR CITIZEN. HENCE IT IS ADVISIBLE TO FILE CIVIL SUIT FOR SETING ASIDE THE SAID AGREEMENT FOR SALE.YOU MAY MENTION ALL FACTS AND ALSO PRAY FOR INTERIUM STAY FOR FURTHER SALE TRANSFER OF SAID PROPERTY.

2.KINDLY DO NOT SPEND TIME AND MONEY AND YOUR MENTAL PEACE BY FILING ANY LEGAL CASES ,INSTEAD YOU MAY CONCENTRATE ON SETING ASIDE THE SAID SALE DEED. GOOD LUCK.
