Dear Sirs,
I want to avail tax benefit on HRA. As a result, as my company demands, i have formed a House Lease and License agreement in which i have stated that i am paying rent to my mom. I have mentioned lease period from April 2011 - March 2012. But, i have stamp paper dated Febuary 6, 2012. Will this work?
Also is it ok if i create this agreement for the period of 15 months i.e. from April 2011 to May 2012?
