I am prasad, i am in 2 bkh independent property for lease from past 2 years in bangalore for 10 Lakh (i have agreement from the owner). I got a notice from bank saying that they are planning to auction the property, my owner is not responding to me since 2 months he says he is in home town and Bank people saying there is 90 Lak loan due. also bank people are saying to vacate the house.
1. kindly let me know what i need to do, Should i go and give police complaint or need to take any injection order from court to stop the auction to first settle my lease amount from the bank.
2.what is the procedure to follow now legally to get my 10 lak lease amount.
3. Will bank settle the amount after the auction for be.
