hi sir, we entered into lease agreement in 2013 june for 5 years...which is going to expire in 2018 june. but my tenant is asking for extention for 3 months upto September 2018 by executing NOC to renewal their licence ( bar and restaurant)(bar licenses are issued for period October to September every year) so I said will enter new agreement for period of october2017 to september2018. is that sufficient or any clause should be mentioned regarding termination of previous lease period in new agreement. please help in this regard
if point to be included in new agreement regarding that termination please elaborate that point to be included in agreement
