Hi all,
We own a floor purchased in 90's from a builder via a GPA in Delhi. Other other floors were also sold using a GPA. Is there any way or recent notification of DDA in Delhi, permitting conversion of leasehold to freehold for each builder floor separately without obtaining consent of all the Power of attorney holders of other floors when each of the floors are owned by different people over one plot of land?
I will appreciate any details on this.
