I am employed in Andaman Nicobar Island Integrated Development Corporation for two years now on yearly renuwable contract. I am currently entiled for 30 days Earned leave, 8 days Casual Leave, 2 days Restricted Holidays and Public Holidays. Recently the Corporation is hiring the new staff on contract without any Casual Leave entitlements. I am afraid same may happen with me as well. Please advise.
