Hi,
i have lended some money ,to my friend in mumbai, now this guy is not paying back,I have pdc on to the name of my company,I need advice how to get it back, i can get some legal documentation signed by him, but I do not want to go in court as it will take a lot of time there,
Kindly suggest how to get it back using some action by police,this guy has money, but avoiding it ,also I get to know that he has taken money from other person also and they have got lot of problems getting it back.
