b. Submission of monthly returns in Form No 5, 10, 12A, 3A, 6A. Taking declaration forms from employees.
c. Follow up with EPF personnel for withdrawal of EPF amount.
03. EMPLOYEES STATE INSURANCE ACT, 1948:
a. Preparing the necessary documents for obtaining the necessary documents for Registration Certificate.
b. Maintenance of all records and submission of periodical returns to the concerned authorities.
c. Follow up action with the department to obtain Temporary, permanent cards for employees and also regular follow up with the department to get the benefits from ESIC for employees.
04. KARNATAKA SHOPS AND COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT ACT, 1961:
a. Preparing the necessary documents for obtaining the necessary documents for Registration certificate.
b. Maintenance of all records and submission of periodical returns to the concerned authorities. And clear the Inspection of Labour Department.
c. Liaison work with the Labour Department.
05. Advising & Co-ordination with the Management and submission of necessary returns and documents periodically under the following labour legislations:
a. Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923.
b. Karnataka Industrial Establishments (National and festival Holidays) Act, 1963.
c. Equal remuneration Act 1976.

e. Employment Exchanges (Compulsory notification of Vacancies) act, 1959.
f. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
g. Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
h. Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
i. Karnataka Professional Tax Act, 1976.
j. Payment of Wages Act, 1936.
