To initiate a Power of attorney, you must contain the followings i.e.

• The person who is drafting must be of sound mind and capable enough of making it.
• Reason and nature of the particular act must be explained.
• Grantor details to be mentioned there whether all personal details and If a grantor is not educated, it must be spoken orally to him/her and then have thumb impression of him/her.
• Attorney details to be given all like as Grantor's.
• Reason of giving powers to be explained.
• POA must be legally valid by printing on stamp paper.
• Date and place must be clearly specified.
• Signature of two witness will be required at last.
