After attaining the age of adult hood and marriage every person is free to marry as per his own choice provided their relations do not come under the prohibited relations as per their own personal Laws and conventions.

You both need not to take any precaution after attaining your age for marriage, police can not do any thing if you can prove your ages and free consent to the marriage.

In my friends love marriage, girls parents launched missing complaint. due to that my friend was arrested and he was in jail for 105 days. even his girl friend said that she came and married with her own wish, police didn't listened to it..they forcefully handed over the girl to her parents and putted my friend in jail..

To avoid such problems what am supposed to do..?

pls sir / mam give me a best advice to avoid such problems

Get your marriage Registered by the Registrar of Marriage and then file an application before the Judicial Magistrate seeking legal protection of both of you against apprehended harassment from Girl's family with connivance of Police and for protection of your lives by engaging an expert in criminal cases.

thank you sir. I've small doubt in following bishwant roy sir's statement as follows " the Judicial Magistrate seeking legal protection of both of you against apprehended harassment from Girl's family with connivance of Police and for protection of your lives by engaging an expert in criminal cases."

In that scentence I've a doubt whether I've to seek legal protection before marraige or after marriage ?

And where  I've to seek legal protection ? to the regional judicial magistrate or in the place where i marry?

Can i apply for it by my self or through a lawyer ?

What are the documents i should produce before  the magistrate?

Take help of a local lawyer to understand my advice posted earlier and proceed according to his instruction . Save and except my legal opinion I do not clarify my advice.

1.  After marriage you can take legal protection by showing the marriage registration certificate in a place where you both will reside.  An instruction will be given to your area police station to provide protection.  As and when your inlaws approach both of you intimidating with ill intentions, you call the area police station and as the court direction is llying on their table two or three police personnel will come to your place to thawart any physical intimidation against you.

Change your residence and stay at some other place out of your Province alone only not with your would be wife. and after 20 days return back to your place and collect marriage certificate.
