Need your valauble comment here....my wife slapped me false 498A,323,505,6,3/4,125 and now we got letter to handover stridhan.
Today my parents recieved three letters for me ,fater and my mother in my home address, lady criminal (wiFe)claimed stridhan almos around 4o lakh,infact she has just purchased some household stuffs at her chouce from gifeted money and remaining money they had given to that B***** via me we had given the gold set to her and she has taken all of them before leaving house in my absence.
she has produced draft reciept in my name(but was doughters money and she utilized) and other recipiept...truth is that she and her criminal father never given not even a plastic chair and now claiming stridhan worth 40 lakh...phew!
My questions
1.What should i do to those letters,should i reply directly to them?
2.Can they send three letter including me ,father and mother?
3.Do all of them need to rep[ly to that letter indivisually?
4.How to punish them suggest some startegy to screw these legal terrorists?
5. What will be court action?
