Lien and promotion

I was working in central government sector on regular basis, then i have given technical resignation to my department and join state government on regular basis. With the lien of 2 years my parent Department has given me permission to join state government services. After 6 months my parent Department has promotion to everyone who joined with me. Now i want to come back to my parent Department. Will i be eligible for promotion if i joined back to my previous employer
