Limited liability misuse

A company not paid salary for an employee over seven months.

It appears that employer wishes to escape responsibility on the pretext that COMPANY LIABILITY IS LIMITED &  DIRECTOR ./ MD would not be liable PERSONALLY .

1. Is there any mechanism to trap such employer?

2. If so , pl suggest.

 

What doumnetation / proof required to go to court etc ?
