List of liabilities

hi,

we have a inventory pending in margao goa court upon the death of one of our ancestors my grandfather,
and the cc head of the family has filed incomplete list of assets
to which we the interested party had filed a reply to the list of assets [without the liabilities] and produced the revelent documents
but a few months later we discovered some liabilities of the deceased medical bills and bank transfers which were relevent needed to be added so we made a application for addition of aditional documents

this application was allowed by the judge in that court the order was passed in september 2016 last year and on the date of producing these medical bills and documents

but the same judge allowed an objection to be raised by the opposition last week jan 11 2017 saying that our original reply to the list of assets that we filed didnt have the liabilities column and that the judge revoke the order for adding additional documents.

so my question is

how can liabilities be added to the reply to the list of assets ?

and can a already passed order be revoked by the same judge after 3 months?

our documents are original and are liabilities of the deceased upon whom this inventory is filed...its just that we forgot to mention the liabilities when we filed the affidavit....we only mentioned the assets...

so can we ammend the original affidavit and add a new affidavit to show both assets and liabilities.....???
