my inlaws and wife are agree to withdraw all the false cases and divorce petiotion. now mcd petition will be filed. they agreed for mcd without alimony( she already has lot of my money in her posession which i am not going to claim) and child custody to me after divorce..can anyone please help to provide the list of clauses to mention in compromise deed and points to mention in mcd application related with child cusotdy and money issues.
