Live-in while fighting contested divorce

We have filled Contested divorce for my sister. this can take years as her husband in jail and may take it longer to complete the process.

We have a tradition in our society that we can give our daughter to anothe person of our choice with mutual consent without explicit marriage. Can we go ahead for this before we conclude divorce case?

Also marriage was taken place with society law(and no court registration). Now if marriage is dissolved by society law only , is that can be valid to quote it later(just a thought and want to see if i can use this).

What do you think, posting same query 100 times will get you 100 different replies?  If the husband wants to pursue this matter, when you go ahead with it, your sister might as well end up behind bars perhaps in some other jail.  Bigamy is an offence.  Your sister should take divorce from her husband and then think of remarrying.  Simply jumping from one tree to other  monkeys do, in humans the name is something different.....

Your query has been extensively beed discussed here.

You have already filed for divorce.

Court alone can grant divorce.
