Livein 376 case

WE HAVE ONE CASE OF 376 IPC . WE HAVE LIVEIN FROM LAST 6 YRS ,I HAVE CHILD OF 5 YRS FROM HIM .SHE LODGE ON ME 376 IPC CASE ,I AM ALSO MARRIED AND I HVE WIFE AND 3 CHILRENS ,SHE IS ALSO MARRIED ,SHE FILE CASE FOR DIVORCE FROM HIS EX HUSBAND BUT CASE IS PENDING ,I AM IN JAIL FOR 8 MONTHS ,PRESENTLY ON BAIL ,I MARRIED HIM AS INDIAN STYLE SAAT PHERE AND I HAVE VEDIO S ALREADY.

SHE BLAME ME FOR SHADDI KA JHASA AND 17/4/2015 JABARDASTI RAPE ,

In your case it can be a case of bigamy but not of rape. Physical relation happened by volantarily does not amount to rape. Consult a good lawyer with all details and case papers and challan filed by police

If you claim that it was not rape, as she had not yet got divorce from her previous husband, you could be charged with adultery under IPC-497 by her husband.
