Sir,
I have purchased a Apartment at Durgapur ( under Bamunara Gram Panchayat ). The deed speaks of conventional brickwork for each flat.
Now it is being observed that the Promoter is providing 8" brickwork in two outside walls , 5" brickwork in the other two outside walls.
Also all inside walls along with kitchen & bathroom are having 3" brickwall.
By protesting they are not listening & not heeding any advice that all outside walls should be 8" - 10" & inside walls should at least be 5".
Please provide whether there are any Building code as set by State or Central government which speaks of widdth of these walls.
Please direct what to do urgently as we'll meet the promoter on 20/02/11
