loan taken on 2009 and validity of letter of renewal again signed on 2017

loan was issued on 2009 and letter of renewal received ob 2017, whether it is valid or I have to ask fir some other docs

Dear Sir, 

According to my view if you've received the letter of renewal from the bank then no other document is required as this letter is issued only after reviewing your recent financial documnets.

U may have signed for blank revival or renewal letters they have filled it.
