Hi experts
I would like to start new topic which i think is very necessary and important , because i serched about this topic on internet and nobody has exect info regarding this topic
People say loc is valid for one yr and after that it has to be renewed by concerned deptt some say it has to be removed
My question is how one know that there is loc issued on ones passport and how one shoud proceed to remove it
Is court documents r enough to tell the immigration that i dont have any pending case in court so remove it from system
Please share ur views if anyone has any info about it
