Can anyone please provide your suggestion in my situation.
We 6 parties filed for Civil Partition suit at Lok ADALAT and got Decree from the Lok Adalat with Partition layout clearly showing the boundaries
Now after 3 years of occupying and enjoying their own share, 2 parties are trespassing to my boundary and creating problems to me. I have filed a Criminal Case for tresspassing in to my boundary in my local Police Station and got FIR Copy too.
Can you please suggest me what should i do in my current situation as they are creating more troubles after filing criminal case.
I could see some comments like "File for Execution" , what exactly it mean and how should i proceed to get protection for myself.
Contacted a Lawyer and was saying we'll file a case for Injunction order and sending notices to those 2 brothers. Can i go ahead with this approach as i know that LOKADALAT doesnt have even appeal? or will i get directly protection as its already a LOK ADALAT DECREE.
