And also they mentioned they have spent around 50 laksh for marriage and for setting up home which is completely false and also she has given our Reception CD and also Marriage CD.--- They have to proce for having spend 50 lakhs

Will court dismiss my petition  or allow .Could you please tell me what should i do now.-- depends how you plead and prove the facts mentioned in your petition.

Some of my friends said withdraw RCR and file for divorce..--Dont do that

Some lawyer say's if RCR is passed in your favor ad still she doesn't come within the given time by court , still you can,t get divorce i have wait for another year to file divorce after RCR decree, is it true

Just say in  court that marriage CD is not admisssible in court as it is not in original media.

I can bet the marriage photographer they have hired at the time of marriage should not have kept it in original media so that evidence is useless.

In case you file 498 A and whn it comes to evidence stage how would you prove the same :-) I need an unbiased lawyer who can think through and settle my issues. litigation takes years so do you have the time and the resources for this is for you to make a call . Hence my suggestion is too go in for MCD which would be quik and short  Thank you!

Infact my husband has never pointed a gun on me. When he needs something, he would appear to be so affectionate. Longing for his love, I would give him whatever he asks. That moment, I will not suspect him at all. But in the long run, I could identify his pattern of extracting money from me. My bank passbooks, cheque books, internet accounts and ATM cards were with him. So he was able to take away all my money. But now, when I asked and got back my cards, I find my internet accounts being locked with new passwords and some bank documents are missing from me. In due with this, I have requested with the respective banks, to recover and lock my accounts.

Even without giving any money, he claimed to get the ownership of my house that I bought in my parents retirement amount and loan. Believing in him, my parents agreed to register the house in both of our names, on which he and his parents were very angry with me (for not registering  on his name alone).

He and his parents were demanding for money in lakhs together very frequently and for my jewels too. If I dont give a minimum of one lakh at a time, he will start torturing ( and beating) me so much. That is how he took away all my belongings. As mine is a love marriage, I didnt have the courage to share with anyone.

But now, everything has gone beyond the limit. I have lost almost everything. This vacation, as I didnt agree with some of his terms, he and his family members started ill-treating me too much and they went to an extent of mixing something in my food (to get hold of my child and the house registered)(which they explicitly admitted and threatened). Somehow I escaped and returned back. I dont want to go back and I want to put an end for this marriage. As I dont have good support and help, I couldnt do anything in filing a case or other. But now I think, there is no other go, other than applying for divorce.

He has good background (family) and politically strong too. If you can suggest or help, it would be nice!
