I have recently joined in this group seeking assistance and guidance in starting and running an e-commerce business. I am Dr. Sambandam, aged 48 have experience of working Central - PSU and with an IT company and also in academic institution, with Engineering background planning to start an online service company with e-commerce facility. Can any body guide me on the legal compliances that I should take care while running such business in India. I have also visited thr perry4law website which gave me some light on this subject. I would be happy if some one can guide me more specifically on this subject.
