You have not clarified the Non compliance of what ? So that I can advise you properly.

After laps of one year of your marriage you can file a divorce suit against your wife on the cruelty grounds  if you wnat to get the stand of the desertion there has to be at least two year's desertion with out any in between condonation for the same.

It is always better if you go for the mutual divorce petition it will take only six months or so to get the decree for the same after first motion with an agreement as memorandum of understanding which a good Advocate can guide you.

Dear Sir,

She has filed for physical and verbal abuses and till then legally no one has approached.

after she has left my family has started requesting her to come back even i tried my level best sending her SMS and emails to come back home. Till then she and her family is only focused and interested to recover money from me. Till now whatever email transaction has happened or phone communication has happened with her or family they are only asking for the money what they have spent in the marriage reception and engagement or for traveling for the marriage and etc. The same way i have also spend money for the marriage in temple and followed with a reception in a star hotel and all the guests accommodation in a 3 start hotel.

i have discussed with couple of experts what should be my action plan to proceed further. few has recommended that we should sent a notice to her to come back home to make my case strong. But still i am unclear whether that will going to really help me. Even other expert has suggested to wait for some time till the family discussion is on.

Please suggest what is the best way to deal with this situation.
