My father in law worked as a Machine Operator in the private company in 1993.
He meet an ancident in that company while attending the repair in the machine. Accidently the machine got run and his hand crashed in the machine. He lost his wrist in that accident. Hospital bills are available. He has been terminated by the company after this incident. My father in law raised this issue in the labour court. The court also ordered to appoint him immediately and pay the settlement.
The company side appealed this and take it over to high court. Now the case with high court for the long long years.Please find the attached documents for details.
He demands for his loss. Kindly clarify the possibilities to complete this case as much earlier.Whats the max remuneration he can claim as per the law? Almost he lost 22 years so far.Any possibilities to know the current status of this case with case ID ?
