this is only the time , max . i can wait for 2-3 months. not more then that.

OK....THEN  go ahead..try to convince her father through your girlfrnd, her mama, chacha etc etc..who are in favour of the affair..if not then get married in court or any aryasamaj mandir..your are legally adult now, so her lawyer father can not do anything after marriage.. :)

@ ranee

hoping for the best.. no one in her family is willing to do so. only the afforts that i think we can made through the girl or my family member. will you think the FIL , who daily goes through these type of cases, knows this thing that nothing will be done by him if we r willing to do court mariz.

See you have brought to the forum a very simple question of two major age genders wishing to get married in unilateral elders side situation.

The remedy are two;

Social way – Wait and let a neutral elder common to both sides intervene and you both get married by both sides  elders blessings.

If above is not even tried till date then speculation arise.

If above is tried and not succeed then drop the idea and carry forward with next best choice. Reason being well to do families donot get themselves involved in Police and Court visits / cases respectively.

Legal way – Ask your would be if she is 100% with you come what may then talk to close friends and do Temple Wedding or Arya Samaj Wedding. Seems this enquiry originates from
Southern India so Temples
there are now authorized to issue Marriage Certificate and Arya Samaj Marriages also are given Certificate of Marriage. Both are valid legal marriage documents. The friends will bear witness to such marriage. Bring bride to your Home and meanwhile hire an Advocate from reference and file Writ of Mandamus in State’s HC. The Hon’ble HC will issue Writ in the nature of mandamus to local Police to give newly wed couple protection from FIL and his men and agents. Police will also come to your residence for checking safe living and if there is any complaint. Here social blessings of FIL and bride’s natal side will not immediately come but at later stage when he realized the depth of swift happening and with coming of grandchild he will mellow down and himself come and give belated blessings.

The more you ask here you will get more speculative replies. Above two ways are the only sound options for you since you are running late as per your marriageable age is concerned due to family traditions. So re-read above and forget rest of your questions and pick one option from above two and act accordingly before your traditional way of life gets belated by your generation!.

As far as FIL filing cases are concerned all he has to know is that you are eyeing his daughter and not necessarily should know that you have already married and then he can file lots of criminal cases whether these cases succeed or not are not material to him right now as he is truly acting as protector and provider the Alpha Male characteristics and cannot be found fault at.
