we were 5 legal heirs in one house in name of our father.
mother,3brothers,1sister
Mother is also died intestate( no any will) in 2009
Now we are 4 legal heirs
25% share get transfered in sister name
Remaining 75% is still in name of my father
my brother file suit on Forged,unregistered will which he said prepared by mother in the year2010
he never mention anywhere such will while the processes of transfer of 25% share in my name
But The Lower Court stayed Selling of my 25% share to outside party except my brother
I need money and want to sell my share to outside party because my brotheris in no mood of compromise
there is dispute of 5% only My own 20% is also stayed by lower court
what should i do
Also mail me the related cases/order from higher courts
