Res Palnitkar ji

if the judiciary can not put its own house in order how it can put the other's house in order. It is easy to preach than to practice. Judiciary can preach only. People have lost faith in judiciary. Recently one judge commented that now a days peoples are rather happly settling theri scores outside courts than coming to courts. This shows lacks of faith in judiciary.

Service conditions should be at par with status of judges. Service conditions are really bad in small towns courts.

scene in any lower court --

try getting copies within stipulated time , send summons to parties .... list is endless .

You know the truth of judicial system and not only the judiciary .

 Lower Court? What an understatement?

When the case was settled out of court, the bailiff dashed down and collected 100 rupees as Bakhshish while the court was in session.
