Is law & justice is equal for all in India? Then how come the bail application and other crlmp hearings of Arnab are getting arranged so fast in the courts . Can a common ever make such kind of thing in courts?
Even for a normal petition, it takes so much long time and lot of procedures to follow. Its very hard to get certified copies also within a week. But how come this fella able to get his hearings so fast?
Any remedies to get such kind of quick actions for all litigants? please share
