Dear Seniors,
I want correct information about below given points
1) Applicable minimum wages amount for factory which is registered under factories act 1948 & situated in M. I. D. C. Kagal/Shiroli/Gokul Shirgaon in Kolhapur district
2) What does it mean by zone that relates with minimum wages.
Please reply as from a long time I am trying for correct information.

1. SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES
2. MANUFACTURING CASTINGS (FOUNDRY) WITH MACHINING UNIT
3. Registered under factories act 1948
4. Situated in M. I. D. C. Shiroli, district- Kolhapur
