If husband gets exparte divorce than does he gets free from paying maintaince us 125 crpc

I'm not a lawyer but as far as I know, he needs to support children via 125 regardless of divorce. I'm not sure though about wife.

No is the answer.if wife is unemployed and if he has a child then maintenance needs to be given to both of them

No, even divorced wife is entilled to get maintenance from him u/s 125 Cr.P.C. The only criteria that can make the husband or ex-husband relieved of the maintenance order if the ex-wife remarries, or gets employement/income sufficient for her maintenance.
