Maintainence of parents once property is gifted to other son

property by parents gifted to one son and maintainence is demande from other son  is it justified

It is no fair,if the parents have no sufficient means  they have right to claim maintenance allowance from their son u/sec.125 Cr.P.C. in Magistrate Court.

They can claim, but not from only son.  The son to whom maintenance has claimed can contest the cse on this ground.

Its totally unfair. Parents give the other son fun time and ask the deprived son to mantaim them. Old age is no excuse for being unfair unless parents are proved insane.or to have given the property to the other son by using undue influence. Its a tricky matter, better consult a top lawyer.

yes, the parents claim maitenance to all the sons, if any one of son poverty line then the parents could not claim.
