my wife files case under crpc125.she is erning 15000/- pm.i have no proper income but i want to pay somthing to her.my intation is clear but she want to harrese me and she want about 20000/- prr month.
i know she is emplowye of a mnc but i have know proof of it please guide me how to proof his salary.
howmutch monthly maintain. decide by the court.

1. File an Application U/S 254 (2) CrPC for summoning the Witness as per Witness List. And make the HR Mgr. of your wife's MNC witness and call for all records of her employment right from her CV to Salary Slips to PF to what nots. Quote Re. S.K. Singhal Fatehchand Singhal Vs. State of
2. You file another Application before same Court stating I voluntarily wants to give XYZ amount till finality of decision and if any adjustment and pray Court to dispose said Application summarily.
3. Since we don’t know your income it is difficult to do any kind of guess work which side the Court will lend her ear.
