maintanense and legally not separated wife's rights

My mother got married in 1987.we are two 1boy and 1girl.after my dad got divorce without my mother permission..because we dont know the notices are came.we didnt received .that days we r went to cousins marriage.so we r nt in home.but court has given divorce.my father got second marriage with divorce.my mother filed a case against divorce.that way court has cancelled divorce.now my mother legally not separated.but we are in my grandmother house.he did not agree to give any property to me.my father changed a ansectral property to his name.now my sister to become marry.we are need arjntely need money and property.he presently have 2 child with second wife.my father is a govt employee and salary is 50000.please answer below gived questions..>1.hw can we get property 2.how much share we can get ? 3.hw can we get money for sister marriage. 4.how much money will get my mother under maintanense.pllzz plzz answer all questions..thanku sir
