Maintenance

My wife deserted me whn i asked her abt her illness tat startd prior to our marriage... we have stayed together for just 42 days.. i filed for annulment of marriage and now she has filed for maintenace.. im 62 years old and a pensioner.. my pension is 33k.. and i hav a 30 years old unmarried daughter.. 16 k of my salary goes for loan and i hav my aged mother to take care of.. my wife had been working for 22 years. And she is 42 years.. she is purposely not going for job now.. will i hav to pay maintenace...?.. will my bank account or property be taken into consideration? Please help me

Your all sources of income will be considered for calculating the maitenance amount and same time all ue liability will also be considered. The balance will be given to her as maintenance.

I have no other income sir.. all i earn is pension and have a house... thats all.. and she stayed with me only for 42 days.. i have a daughter to b married of.. and she is doing her phd now.. i have my mother who is old to take care of... i have saved a bit of money for my daughters wedding... is tat taken into account??
