MAINTENANCE

Can we collect maintenance charges from the tenant of the flat if the owner is not traceable ??? How do we form AD-HOC COMMITTEE ? What is the procedure ?

If  your society is regd., you can pass this matter in the meeting to form ad-hoc committe to receive the rents from the tenents.

If this is your registered society u give a notice all tenanats form society chairman / scretary for dimolish the illegal construction and give a application in police station and corporation.
