Dear all respected,
Since Me & my wife is staying separate from last four years, I have decided to go for filling a divorce case. My monthly take home salary is 24400/PM & my wife's salary is about 15000/pm. We have a son who is leaving with my wife. Tentetively how much maintenance I will have to bear ?? & any other obligations ??

Suppose if there is no job to wife, then is she entitled for maintenance from husband?

Dear Mohankumar,
Wife is entitled to maintenance, if she has no means/ is unable to maintain herself. No matter whether it may be by way of employment or other source.
