Here, we are not for advantage and disadvantage. Even if she takes advantage, the guy who may be or may not be guilty would be facing unnecessary problem. Inspite, better to reconcile.
I agree incase, the husband is guilty, than she can enjoy the law as you said............., but it would create uncessary issue for both and not only the husband, she too will have to underto the tremor............
