Dear all,
in jan i got maintenance order, but my husband gone for condonation of delay and paid only 1 month maintenance that too half.
i filed dvc case in march 2009.
he didn't paid arrears and now iam not receiving appeal notice also.
what to do?
how to get arrears?
whether some time is prescribed for going to appeal after condonong delay or they are fooling me just by paying 5000.

you need to file recovery Criminal Misc. Application for recovery of arrears due from such date.

U should file the execution petition for recovery of ur maintenance amount in the concerned court.

Dear GDK,
The right way is file the Execurtion of the order and provide the property details of your husband to attach the same and get complete maintenance.
