Yes. Under the Protection of the Domestic Violence Act,2005 even the divorced husband bound to pay maintenance to the wife with whom she had lived in domestic relationship at any point of time.

The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act,1986 [which is basically protecting Muslim man from paying maintenance after Iddat period under the provision of S125Cr.P.C to divorced wife] applies to provisions of maintenance under section 125-128 Cr.P.C but not on the PDVAct,2005.
