Maintenance mode of payment

Court ordered me interium maintenance of 7000 pm Is that mandatory that I should pay by Cash?? Is that possible to pay her by cheque

It's a simple. Pay by cheque, so that you can have proof of payment

You can pay it by cash or cheque. But it is safety to pay through chque as advised by Mr. Krishna ji.

Sir if I write her after marriage name rather than her before marriage then is it fine ?? And also if she demand for cash payment, is there is any law regarding that

Cash or Bank transfer or Bank cheque any mode is valid for payment of maintenance to the wife by the husband.

You cant give coconuts when you are asked to pay money. Money can be given in hard cash, or cheque, or DD or some instrument of that sort.
