Maintenance of earning wife's kids

RESPECTED SENIORS

I am fighting a case for a lady who is working and earning 24k /m.

She has twodaughters and one is 7 and other is 3 years old.The father is a well established man earning above lakh. In the interim maintenance case whikle wife asked 15000 for the daughters his lawyers told that he will give 7500 only as mother is working.

I have evidence that father is in relation with another girl and not paying a sinle penny for last 2.5 years.

Can I please have some judgements which helps me to get more maintenance from the father for the kids of this lady?

father is earning a lakh but wife is earning rs 25,000/if wife is earning then maintenace cna be only for kids .

find out how much are school fees? other expenses for children? in such a case you cna get more maintenace from father . in addtion flat where wife is staying does she have to pay any rent? or is it owned flat .

produce all documents in support of your claim . you dont need judgements
