Dear Expers, Pl. advise whether claim of maintenance under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act (where divorce case and petition u/s 127 of Cr.P.C. is pending before Family court and revision petition for order u/s 125 of Cr.P.C. is pending before high court) is maintainable where maintenance u/s 125 of Cr.P.C. is already awarded 5 years back. Pl. also suggust some recent case laws, if available. Thanks in advance.
