my husbnd filed divorce within 4 mnths to mrg.i fled rcr.
my rcr allowed, his divorce dismissed.
he went for appeal. appeal pending. i didnt file any counter.
meanwhile i filed maintenance u/s 125 crpc. after 5 years to sepertion. interim ordered 3000/-
now can i file maintenance u/s 24 of hindu marriage act since proceedings of divorce are pending in high court?
