Can a wife claim maintenance both under CrPC 125 and DV?
Under 125 CrPC, final maintenance has already been awarded and in DV interim has also been awarded.

After paying maintenance, husband have to report the other court that he has already paid maintenance to the wife in other proceeding and have to file proof to that effect
