major Recommendation made for 7th pay commission

सातवें वेतन आयोग की मुख्‍य सिफारिशें निम्नानुसार है जिन पर सरकार को विचार विमर्श करके लागु करना है:

क्रियान्वफयन की अनुमोदित तिथि : 01.01.2016

न्यूनतम वेतन: अधिकतम वेतन 2,25,000 रुपये प्रतिमाह और सामान्यआ वेतन स्तर मौजूदा रूप में कैबिनेट सचिव तथा अन्यअ लोगों का प्रतिमाह वेतन 2,50,000 रुपये।

Yet another Commission set up, report ready etc. IS SETTING UP COMMISSION ITSELF JUSTIFIED?

 

Well, the well greased are being pamphered even more.

 

WHAT IS THE COMMITTED RETURNS OF EACH OF THE GOVT. EMPLOYEE? WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IF THE RETURNS DO NOT HAPPEN?

 

How is such high cost (recurring) going to be met?

In my personal view the major expenditure of Government out of Yearly Budget (from hard earned money of Taxpayers) is Salary/allowances of Government Employee, Minister/MP/MLA etc. All these guys are well at the time of periodicall increaments but no system at all for their performance. It can be said that purchase of goods without Warranty or Gaurantee.

This another Pay Commission got announced at the time of elections. Most decisions in Government are undemocratic. SOMEONE SHOULD CHALLENGE THE COMMISSION, ITS RECOMMENDATIONS ETC IN COURT.
