Marraige certificate obtianed by giving fake informations

Sir,

Boy was threated  and intimidated .

Girls relative took a boy  to the Photostuodio & took phoghraphs with garland, Printed Two ( ONLY TWO ) marraige invitation card and got the marraige registered under " SECTION A of the Hindu marraige act".

Three  wintess  mentioned in the marriage cerificate

1 Girls Mother             2 Two fake witness ,( Address given are fake )  

There is mention in the cerifiacte about the venue of marragieg  , but marraige did not take place nither at the venue nor at any other place.In fact the marraige was not solomanised .

Please guide wether girls family has erred and what could be the offences under which they can be TRIED..

1.    A Registered Marriage Certificate is not conclusive proof of a Marriage.

2.    Marriage ceremony as per customs and traditions of personal Law of parties has to be proved to call it a valid marriage.

3.    Fraud has to be brought before Court to null and void the Marriage for all future purposes.

4.    I see possibility of long court case ahead. Hence, hire a seasoned advocate services who could be found via reference.
