Your marriage is absolutely valid Hindu marriage if you both were and are Hindus. No one can separate you both forcibly as that will be u lawful act. You both can get protection order from local district court and the order for police to provide you protection against all those who want to break your marriage. Even if either of you try to break the marriage the proper decree of divorce from Family Court will be required and that will not be so easy to get.
